Michelle LaBrosse, PMP,  is the founder and Chief Cheetah of Cheetah Learning, and author of Cheetah Negotiations, Cheetah Project Management, Cheetah Know How and Cheetah Exam Prep.  In October 2008, The Project Management Institute (PMI), recognized Cheetah as the Professional Development Provider of the Year. Previously, PMI selected Michelle as one of the 25 Most Influential Women in Project Management in the World, and only one of two women selected from the training and education industry. She is a graduate of the Harvard Business School’s Owner President Managers (OPM) program and is a REAL rocket scientist--she also holds engineering degrees from Syracuse University and the University of Dayton.

Her articles have appeared in hundreds of publications from around the world. Her monthly column, the Know How Network is carried by over 500 publications, and her monthly newsletter subscription list includes more than 50,000 people. To date, more than 35,000 people have become “Cheetahs” using Cheetah Learning’s innovative Project Management and accelerated learning techniques.

Michelle credits the success of Cheetah Learning to using the Cheetah Project Management method. This approach enables the team to better manage both people and technology. Michelle’s mission is to help people achieve great results, FAST, by making it fast, easy and fun to learn and do Project Management.

She lives in Alaska with her family, rides a Harley, and travels the globe sharing her unique perspectives of how Project Management can help people create happier, more fulfilled lives.

Charlene Draine, PMP, Chief Learning Officer - Charlene is the Chief Learning Officer of Cheetah Learning. Charlene holds a bachelors degree in Computer Science, a master of science in Information Systems, and is currently pursuing an MBA in Sustainable Business at Bainbridge Graduate Institute. She has a background in IT program management in the Automotive industry, having set up Ford Motor Company's Project Management Office. Highlights include: a combined six years of teaching just-in-time IT and project management workshops, leading teams of up to 105 people to institutionalize and comply with new ISO standards and other cross-industry frameworks; and developing organizational systems to improve efficiency. Charlene is a certified coach for the Cheetah Exam Prep® for the PMP®. She was recently elected to be the business development officer for the Washington DC PMI chapter. Charlene's primary focus is on helping project managers and the organizations they serve create sustainable profits.
