Project Management Makes the Most of
Holiday Resources
When you think of holidays past, it’s seldom the food you remember; it’s the time spent with family and friends, along with all the laughs, that stays with you through the years. So instead of stressing over the financials of a budget, focus on making your holiday a celebration that requires just your imagination and your Project Management skills.

Here’s how to get started on Project Holiday:

  • Create a Project Holiday board for your kitchen or family room, and then gather the family together to start planning for the holiday.

  • Brainstorm ideas of things to do as a family to create a unique holiday experience, and then agree on the ones that can make this holiday come to life for all of you.

  • Set a budget and deadlines, and assign roles and responsibilities to everyone. Agree on a couple of milestone meetings to check in with everyone along the way.

  • Enjoy!
