Cheetah’s
On Par Project Management
course explores the Project Management phases of
Cheetah Project Management and the PMBOK®
Guide – Third Edition in the hands-on activity
of playing 10 rounds of golf. Not only does our
course give you a great reason to be out on the
greens, but you earn the 60 PDUs to maintain your
PMP® certification while you enjoy
yourself.
You have 15 weeks
to complete this online class, which begins with
your plan for your golf project using the
instructions and templates provided. You execute
your project by playing the 10 rounds of golf, doing
milestone reviews and measuring project performance
by doing earned value analyses. You do all the
activities and record your results in a Lessons
Learned notebook that your instructor reviews at the
end of the course.
