As the end of the year approaches, it’s fun to review your accomplishments. But most of us also have one or two projects that have fallen into limbo. This month we take a look at what you can do to bring those projects out of limbo and into liberation. So…do you want to go small and change the color of your eyes or hair, or do you want to really reboot things and change – what? The groan zone not only applies to projects sitting in limbo, but you can find yourself groaning about office life, personal decisions, or everyday activities. While there’s nothing wrong with a cathartic groan, remember to rely on your Project Management skills to help you resolve those issues and leave the groan zone behind.
