What do I need to complete the monthly online courses?

• Computer with Internet connection (DSL or faster is better).
• Head phones for your computer or the ability to adjust the volume on your computer.

Will I need special software loaded and how do I get it?

• Some of our monthly courses will include a Webinar, so you will need to have WebEx Player installed on your computer to view the Webinar presentation.  Click on the appropriate link below to install, if you wish.

How do I register?

How long do I get to complete each course?

• It takes approximately two (2) hours to complete each course with the online exam.

• We give you up to 45 days to access each monthly course from the date it is made available to you on your MyCheetah page and email notification is sent.

What if I am unable to complete the course requirements within the allotted time?

• We do not grant extensions because it doesn't drive YOU to completion.

How do I get my certificate for completing each course?

• After completing all the activities in a course, students are required to complete and pass (passing score is 70% or greater) a computer based online exam to ensure that they have grasped the concepts of the course.
• The exam will be auto scored and if the student achieves a passing score of 70% or greater the online course will be marked as a successful completion.
• If the student does not achieve a passing score on the first attempt, s/he can take the exam a maximum of three times. Exam results will be made available for the student to view from their MyCheetah page (most recent exam score & results will show) when they click on the Exams Link under the course.
• Upon successfully passing the exam the student will receive an email to complete a short online evaluation. Once you complete and submit the evaluation, your completion certificate will be available to view/print from your MyCheetah page under the 'Transcripts' tab, and contains all of the information needed to report you PDUs with PMI.  Note: The link to complete the online evaluation is also on your MyCheetah Page under the 'Transcripts' tab. 

What are my payment options?

• We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

• Credit card payments will be processed on or about the 19th of each month through our secure credit card transaction processor. Subscribers will receive an email on or about the 21st of each month verifying a new course is activated and available from their MyCheetah page.

What are Cheetah's Credentials?

• IACET Certified (you can earn CEUs with our courses)

• PMI® R.E.P. (you can earn PDUs with our courses)

How do I register my PDU's with PMI®?

• Your course completion certificate will be available to view/print from your MyCheetah page under the transcripts tab after passing the exam and completing the online evaluation.

• The course certificate will have all the information you need to report your PDUs to PMI®.
