How long have you been offering courses online?

• We have successfully been teaching courses online since 1995.  We have used this intense learning approach internally for the past decade.

What type of Equipment do I need?

• You will need a high speed Internet connection and access to a computer for ten weeks.

What software do I need to complete activities?

• Our courses use common document types:  Microsoft Word Document , Microsoft Excel Document and Adobe Acrobat PDF

What course material do I need to complete the activities?

In order to complete the course activities, you will need a copy of the book Influencer: The Power to Change Anything by Kerry Patterson, Joseph Grenny, David Maxfield, and Ron McMillan.

How long do I get to complete the course?

• You will have access to the course content and online exam for ten weeks from the date you register.  

How can I register?

• From our home page (www.cheetahpm.com), select the course you're interested in, click on it, then click on register. You will have the option to select credit card or pay by check option. You can also register by telephone at 1-888-659-2013.

What are my payment options?

• We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, personal or company checks.

• It is best to pay by credit card (using our secure server) to ensure immediate access to your course.

• If you wish to pay by check, register online and select the pay by check option. You will receive an invoice via email which you can use to help prompt payment back at your company or at home. Check payments should be mailed to the remittance address on the invoice.

Can I register and pay for my course now and start later?

• You will gain access to your course as soon as payment is received.  

How and when do I get access to my course?

• Once payment has been received, an e-mail will be sent to you with the course link, login information.

• There is no lag time - as soon as your payment has been processed you gain immediate access to your course.  

What are Cheetah's Credentials?

• IACET™ Certified (you can earn CEUs with our courses)

• PMI® R.E.P. (you can earn PDUs with our courses)

How do I obtain the Course Completion Certificate?

• You must pass each modules exams and the final exam with a passing score of 70% or greater.

• Once you have completed all the course activities and passed all the exams, you will receive an email to complete an online evaluation.  If you do not get this email you can find the link from your "MyCheetah" page under the Transcripts Tab.

• Upon completing the online evaluation, your course completion certificate will be available to view/print from your "MyCheetah" account under the transcripts tab.

What if I am not satisfied with the course?

As with all of our courses, we offer a 100% learning guarantee.  This means that if you do not learn, we fully refund your money.  To be eligible for the guarantee, you must complete all the activities and pass all the exams.  If you tell us that you did not learn anything, we refund your course fee and you will also forfeit the credits you earned for the course.
