Course Material - You will need to purchase a copy of Influencer: The Power to Change Anything by Kerry Patterson, Joseph Grenny, David Maxfield, and Ron McMillan. All other material you will need to do the activities is provided online.

Course Details

• Participant are required to read and mind map each chapter of the book then apply what they learned to their business and project management profession.

• Activities completed in each module are related to each chapter and applied to real world situations.  The course developers (for which our company is world renowned) created activities related to the book material.

• At the end of the module, you will take a ten question quiz to make sure we all grasped the fundamentals concepts of the material.  

• Participants also summarize what they have learned and how they are going to use it in their learning journals.

• This is an intensive approach to learning new skills and it is only for the most dedicated of students.  You must be willing to commit four hours a week for ten weeks to learning the crucial skill of how to effectively influence people.
