Start Date - You can begin the first course in series as soon as we receive full payment.

Duration - 330 hours - You can complete this certificate program in less than six months (330 hours).  However, we recognize that you may be juggling a career and family so we give you up to two years from the date you register to complete all the courses in series.  If you need an extension to finish this program, you can purchase an additional week for 1/4 the list price of the courses that remain.

Course Material - While you are completing the first part of the PMP prep course, we send you the Cheetah Exam Prep® study kit which includes a Rapid Synthesis Workbook, PMBOK® Guide - Fourth Edition, mind map flash cards, colored markers, four packs of sugar free mints (US students only), and a calculator.  All other material to complete the courses in this certificate program are delivered online.

This program is also designed so candidates become PMP® certified.  They are given all the tools to prepare for the exam, including access to our world class PMP® coaches for 6 weeks (2 weeks for Pre-course and 4 weeks for the PMP® Exam Prep Online course).  They determine when to set aside the 12 to 14 hours of study time per week so they can successfully pass the exam after completing the this program.

Course Details

• You can do the entire program in as quick as six months, but we give you two years to complete the course work if needed.  Courses are one to three months in duration.

• In order to get the full credit for each course, you will have to complete all the activities to the satisfactory completion of your instructor. 

• To start Phase 1, Part 2 - the PMP® Exam Prep 4-week online course, you must complete Phase 1, Part 1 the pre-course work in two weeks which includes applying for PMI's PMP exam.  Upon acceptance, you are required to schedule your exam four weeks out so that you take the exam as soon as you complete the PMP Exam Prep 4-Week Online Course.  This means you have to receive your eligibility letter from PMI and schedule your exam before you can start your PMP Exam Prep 4-Week Online Course.

• Our guarantee that you will pass the PMP exam is valid only if you complete the Pre-Course work in two weeks, submit for and be approved to take PMI's PMP exam, schedule your exam four weeks out, and complete all the activities in the Cheetah Exam Prep® for the PMP® Online (4-week) Course in four weeks.  You have to complete all the activities in the Pre-Course and Cheetah Exam Prep® for the PMP® Online (4-week) Course to the satisfactory completion of your PMP Exam Prep Online Coach.  We do this because our approach significantly improves people's ability to become PMP certified. 

• If you do not pass the PMP exam, your online coach will create a personalized coaching program to help you shore up your weak areas and will guide you through the process of rescheduling your exam.  You must take the second exam within 30 days of the first exam.  We reimburse you for one retake (PMI Member cost of $275.00 USD) or give you $750.00 USD off one of our U.S. classroom courses. 

• In Phase 1 of this program, we tell you what to study and how to study, you determine what 12+ hours over the course of each week you will study.  It is up to you to make sure you are following the correct diet, exercise and lifestyle guidelines and that you complete all the course work for each week to be adequately prepared to pass the exam.  The diet, exercise and lifestyle guidelines are the ones currently recommended by most health care providers to reduce many lifestyle induced chronic health problems.  They are simple to follow and most people can easily adapt their lifestyle for four weeks to get their mind in peak performance.  Most people report feeling better than they have in years after going through our program so it has the added benefit of getting you in better shape physically as well.  If you have any concerns about your abilities to do the simple diet, exercise and lifestyle recommendations, please contact us to get more information and bring our recommendations to discuss with your health care provider.

• We do not extend the time to complete the PMP Exam Prep course work unless the students application is selected for audit by PMI® or there is a death in the immediate family, as verified by a valid death certificate. 

  • If their application is selected for audit, we let the student wait to start the Cheetah Exam Prep® for the PMP® Online (4-week) Course until they have their eligibility number.

  • If there is a death in their immediate family, as verified by a valid death certificate, we will let the student stop studying for a period up to three weeks.

  • The online course is set up so people can easily fit the 12 to 14 hours of course work per week into even the busiest of schedules.  This is not a course for people who are on the fence with pursuing their PMP® credential.

• This is a very effective way to prepare for the extremely difficult PMP® certification exam.  We follow this rather unconventional formula because IT WORKS, FAST.
