Duration  - Online (2 hours) Pre-Work and One day on-site (6 hours)

Course Location -  Online & Onsite (at your facility or at one of our training facilities)

With this course, students learn and practice FAST and effective Cheetah negotiation strategies and tactics.  This course is geared toward making you more effective in negotiating all the common situations that occur day-to-day in your life.  Through an online negotiation styles assessment, a mix of working sessions and simulations, participants will learn how to leverage their innate talents to be more effective in negotiations.

Learning Objectives

  • Know your innate negotiating strengths and how to leverage those based on the strengths and challenges of those with whom you're negotiating. 

  • Know how to develop strategies to overcome those negotiation areas that might challenge you.

  • What it takes to speed read people so you can more effectively negotiate with a wide variety of personality types. 

  • How to leverage basic psychological principles to impact a negotiation in your favor.

  • How to stage your environment to have quick and effective negotiations.

  • Be able to navigate through the twists in turns common in many negotiations to bring it to a successful resolution.

  • Templates to use to organize future negotiation efforts. 

Course Details

  • We teach this course online and onsite.  We need approximately 50 square feet of wall space per five people to complete the simulation.  Class size is limited to a maximum of 15 people.
  • This course includes a pre-course Negotiations Styles Online Assessment that will determine your innate negotiating strengths and challenges.   It is based on the work of Barbara Barron Tieger and Paul Tieger, authors of Do What You Are.
  • This is a hands-on course.  You will participate real time in a negotiation simulation where you will learn, through experience, how to get what you want, FAST.  Through a mix of working sessions, simulation and thought provoking discussion you and your peers will learn strategies to apply immediately in your next negotiation.
  • We are IACET Certified (you can earn CEUs with our course) and a PMI® R.E.P. (you can earn PDUs with our course)

We Guarantee Results

    Students who complete the entire course, and use the tools and techniques they learned in the course at least one time within two (2) weeks of course completion, will improve their effectiveness in negotiations.  If they do not improve, we will refund the course fees you paid for them to take the course.
