Purpose

Credit - 10 PDUs, 1.0 CEUs

Tuition - $670 USD

Start Date - The course is available online and your access to the course content begins as soon as your payment is processed.

Duration - 10 hours - You can complete this course in two days (5 hours each day). However, we give you access to the course content for two weeks (14 calendar days) from the date you register so you can try out techniques in real life career negotiations.  If you need an extension to finish this course, you can purchase an additional week for 1/4 the list price of the course.

I was initially skeptical about taking an on-line course like Cheetah Negotiations. I found the course and learning experience to be one of the best. The part I found the most valuable was to understand what my strengths and weaknesses are in the negotiation process. I have already used some of the techniques outlined in the course and they have been very effective.

Learning Objectives

  • Know your innate negotiating strengths and how to leverage those based on the strengths and weaknesses of those with whom you're negotiating. 

  • Know how to set the stage for a successful negotiation related to improving your career.

  • Be able to navigate through the twists in turns common in many negotiations to bring it to a successful resolution.

  • Understand the contractual elements used to solidify agreements arrived at in negotiations. 

  • Be able to successfully negotiate what you want for your career, fast.

Course Details

  • The course includes a self-assessment that will determine your innate negotiating strengths and weaknesses.  It is based on the work of Barbara Barron Tieger and Paul Tieger, authors of Do What You Are.

  • You can do the course at your own pace and you have access to the course content for two weeks (14 calendar days) from the date you register.  We give you up to two weeks so you can try out techniques in real life career negotiations.  We want you to have incredible success in your life using these techniques.

  • In order to receive credit for the course, you must complete all the activities including the online Learning Schedule and a Learning Journal as well as pass the exam at the end of the course.  A passing score is 70% or greater.

  • Students must save all the assignments including the learning journal and have readily accessible should they be audited by us or PMI®.  Cheetah will only store the students online exam.
