Duration - This program includes two courses: Cheetah Exam Prep® for the PMP® Pre-Course where you will have access to all course materials and a personal PMP exam prep Coach for two weeks followed by the Cheetah Exam Prep® for the PMP® Online (4-week) Course where you will have access to all course materials and a personal PMP exam prep Coach for four weeks.

Course Material - While you are completing the Part One of the program, we send you the Cheetah Exam Prep® study kit which includes a Rapid Synthesis Workbook, mind map flash cards, colored markers, sugar free mints, and a calculator.  You will need to purchase the PMBOK® Guide - Fourth Edition to use in Part Two, the exam prep portion, of your program. All other material to complete the Cheetah Exam Prep® for the PMP® Pre-Course and Cheetah Exam Prep® for the PMP® Online (4-week) Course activities, including the exams, are delivered online.

The purpose of this program is help you become PMP certified. It is modeled after our very successful 4 day classroom course, but designed for the person who cannot carve a week out of their very busy schedules. 

Each student must first successfully complete the Cheetah Exam Prep® for the PMP® Pre-Course in two weeks that includes registering to take PMI's PMP exam. As an added bonus, successful completion of the pre-course satisfies PMI's required 35 hours of education. 

Once your application is accepted, you are to schedule your exam in 4-weeks and then fax a copy of your acceptance letter and your confirmation with the date you have scheduled the exam to your Cheetah Exam Prep® for the PMP® Pre-Course Coach. S/he will mark you as complete and you can begin the PMP Exam Prep 4-week course.  The Cheetah Exam Prep® for the PMP® Online (4-week) Course was designed to enable you to use the same techniques we use in class, on your own, over a four week period. This is a course to help you become PMP certified and it is designed to push you to complete the work and take the exam. You are given all the tools to prepare for the exam, including access to our world class PMP exam prep coaches during this program. You have to determine when to set aside the 12 to 14 hours of study time per week so you can successfully pass the exam after the PMP Exam Prep 4-weeks of comprehensive preparation.

Online Course Details

• In order to start the Cheetah Exam Prep® for the PMP® Online (4-week) Course, you must complete the pre-course work in two weeks which includes applying for PMI's PMP exam. Upon acceptance, you are required to schedule your exam four weeks out so that you take the exam as soon as you complete the Cheetah Exam Prep® for the PMP® Online (4-week) Course. This means you have to receive your eligibility letter from PMI and schedule your exam before you can start your Cheetah Exam Prep® for the PMP® Online (4-week) Course.

• Our guarantee that you will pass the PMP exam is valid only if you complete the Pre-Course work in two weeks, submit for and be approved to take PMI's PMP exam, schedule your exam four weeks out, and complete all the activities in the Cheetah Exam Prep® for the PMP® Online (4-week) Course in four weeks. You have to complete all the activities in the Pre-Course and Cheetah Exam Prep® for the PMP® Online (4-week) Course to the satisfactory completion of your PMP Exam Prep Online Coach. We do this because our approach significantly improves people's ability to become PMP certified. 

• In this program, we tell you what to study and how to study, you determine what 12+ hours over the course of each week you will study. Unlike the classroom course where we schedule out all the activities, and prepare the correct foods to put your mind in peak performing condition, it is up to you to make sure you are following the correct diet, exercise and lifestyle guidelines and that you complete all the course work for each week to be adequately prepared to pass the exam. The diet, exercise and lifestyle guidelines are the ones currently recommended by most health care providers to reduce many lifestyle induced chronic health problems. They are simple to follow and most people can easily adapt their lifestyle for four weeks to get their mind in peak performance. Most people report feeling better than they have in years after going through our program so it has the added benefit of getting you in better shape physically as well. If you have any concerns about your abilities to do the simple diet, exercise and lifestyle recommendations, please contact us to get more information and bring our recommendations to discuss with your health care provider.

• We do not extend the time to complete the course work unless the students application is selected for audit by PMI® or there is a death in the immediate family, as verified by a valid death certificate. 

  • If their application is selected for audit, we let the student wait to start the Cheetah Exam Prep® for the PMP® Online (4-week) Course until they have their eligibility number.

  • If there is a death in their immediate family, as verified by a valid death certificate, we will let the student stop studying for a period up to three weeks.

  • The online course is set up so people can easily fit the 12 to 14 hours of course work per week into even the busiest of schedules. This is not a course for people who are on the fence with pursuing their PMP credential.
