Start Date - The course is available online and your access to the course content begins as soon as your payment is processed.

Duration  - The online course takes approximately five hours to complete and includes a short 10-questions online exam.  You will have access to the course content and exam for one week (7 days) from the date you register to complete all the course activities.  If you need an extension to finish this course, you can purchase an additional week for 1/4 the list price of the course.

Course Material - Participants will need a computer with Internet connection (DSL or higher is better).  All other material including the exam will be provided online.

Purpose

Is Project Management really the solution for holiday madness? If you find yourself stretched thin at holiday time with too much to do and not enough time to do it or you just want to create a better way to enjoy your holiday traditions, learn how to use Cheetah Project Management techniques to sail through the holidays.

In this quick 5 hour course, you will learn how to use the project management techniques of scope management, risk management, scheduling, and team building to both reduce your holiday stress and increase your holiday enjoyment. You will also develop skills to reduce and eliminate conflict that so frequently develops when creating holiday events with people who may have different ideas and expectations than you do about holiday parties.

Learning Objectives

• Apply project management techniques of scope management, risk management, scheduling, and team building. 

• Plan all the elements of your holiday party by completing a project plan.

• Develop skills to reduce and eliminate conflict.

Online Course Details

• You will be required to complete the course activities and complete and pass (passing score is 70% or greater) a 10-question online exam.  Your exam will be auto scored and if you achieved a passing score of 70% or greater you will be marked as having successfully completing the PM of Holiday Parties online course.
• If you didn't achieve a passing score, you can take the exam a maximum of three times.  Your exam results will be available to view from your MyCheetah page (most recent exam score & results will show) when you click on the Exams Link under the course.
• Upon successfully passing the exam you will receive an email to complete a short online evaluation. Once you complete and submit the evaluation, your completion certificate will be available to view/print from your MyCheetah page under the transcripts tab and contains all the information to report you PDU with PMI.  Note: The link to complete the online evaluation is also on your MyCheetah Page under the transcripts tab.
