Credit - 2 PDUs Tuition - $145.00 USD Duration - 2 hours - We recognize that you may be juggling a career and family so we give you up to 7 calendar days from the date you register to complete the course activities and pass the exam. Course Location - Online Access - Instructions provided when you register. Course Material – All materials and instructions you will need to do the activities are provided online. Start Date - Available Now Accreditation - PMI® R.E.P., IACET	The purpose of this course is to learn how to use pay back analysis formulas to chose which projects to pursue. You'll learn how to claim your personal independence with Project Management. Using energy self-sufficiency project examples, we will start by developing an awareness of your needs, then aligning your interests with what you need and finally developing a payback analysis to determine your most cost effective choices to become less dependent on others.
Learning Objectives
Learn how to use Project Management to become more self-sufficient and gain personal independence. Gain insight on and learn the drawbacks of choosing among competing projects using a simple payback period formula. Perform a payback analysis which includes opportunity costs and return on investment formulas to determine your most cost effective project choices.
Course Details
You will be required to complete the course activities and complete and pass a 10-question online exam. Your exam will be auto scored and if you achieved a passing score (70% or greater) you will be marked as having successfully completing the Earned Value Analysis course and earn 2 PDUs. If you didn't achieve a passing score, you can take the exam a maximum of three times. Your exam results will be available to view from your MyCheetah page (most recent exam score & results will show) when you click on the Exams Link under the course. Upon successfully passing the exam you will receive an email to complete a short online evaluation. Once you complete and submit the evaluation, your completion certificate will be available to view/print from your MyCheetah page under the transcripts tab and contains all the information to report you PDUs with PMI. Note: The link to complete the online evaluation is also on your MyCheetah Page under the transcripts tab. We are a PMI® R.E.P. (you can earn PDUs with our course).
