Barb McClintick, PMP, Director of Cheetah Project Management - Barb joined Cheetah with 20 years of Project Management experience in the shipping and transportation industry and four years as an Adjunct Professor. She serves as the Director of Cheetah Project Management Master's Certificate Program, lead instructor (certified course developer) for Cheetah Project Management onsite, public and online courses.  Barb holds a MBA from Baldwin Wallace College in Ohio and is a member of the Project Management Institute®. Barb's experience managing more than 80 staff members makes her a natural coach for Cheetah's Communicating Through Conflict Course. 

Kelly Baumer, PMP, Trainer has been in Project Management for nearly 20 years and holds an MBA degree from Baldwin Wallace College. Kelly was named Project Manager of the Year in 1999 by the Northeast Ohio Chapter of PMI® and was on the PMI® Board of NEO as the VP of Membership from 2001 through 2003. Kelly's working experience includes being the Project Manager for multi-million dollar projects that revamped entire systems in the area of administration, billing, pricing, government deregulation, accounts receivable, etc. Kelly's experiences have been published in many of Dr. Harold Kerzner's books, including, "In Search of Excellence in Project Management."  Kelly is a certified instructor for the Cheetah Exam Prep for the PMP® and Cheetah Project Management Master's Certificate Program Courses.
