Duration - 130 hours - You can complete this certificate program in
less than three months (130 hours). However, we recognize that you may be
juggling a career and family so we give you up to one year from the date you
register to complete all the courses in series. If you need an extension to
finish this program, you can purchase an additional week for 1/4 the list
price of the courses that remain.

- The courses in this program are designed
to bridge what you learned in your Cheetah Project Management Master's
Certificate Program and becoming a PMP®
to produce bottom line business results and prove you have the
qualifications to advance to an executive level position.
- You can complete all the course work in
26 weeks if you do the modules for each course as designed and complete
5 hours of work per week, and start the next course immediately upon
completing the previous course. We recognize that you may be
juggling a career and family life as well, so we give you one year to
complete all coursework. We do require that when you start a new
course, that you set up a schedule for yourself to complete the course
in the recommended time frame. This is really for your own benefit
so that you complete the program within the one year window and reap the
career benefits of this program.
- In order to get credit for each course,
you will have to complete all the activities to the satisfactory
completion of your instructor.

- Each course has modules that are
designed to be completed in one week with five hours of effort. We
recommend you commit five hours per week to complete each module for the
duration of each specific course. You can take time off between
courses, but it's recommended you complete each course in the way they
are structured. For example, the Enterprise Project Management course is
seven weeks long. This means that you would do five hours of work
each week for each of the seven weeks of the course. We don't
recommend that you do five hours of work one week then take off a week,
and come back to it. It is better to complete a class in the time
frame specified once you have started it. (Yes we are flexible, we just
recommend you efficiently complete the coursework for your own benefit
so that you can reap the rewards this certification provides). The
activities in the modules are designed to be done in the course of your
day-to-day work.
