Purpose  

Using the PMBOK® Guide - Third Edition processes of Quality Planning, Quality Control and Quality Assurance; the students develop a checklist that is used in a project simulation for all three processes.

Learning Objectives

  • Design a quality checklist with quality planning.

  • Judge results using inspection for quality control.

  • Assess the process by auditing.

Program Details

  • We teach this course onsite.  Class size is limited to a maximum of 10 people.
  • This is a hands-on course. 
  • We are IACET Certified and a PMI® Registered Education Provider (earn CEUs and PDUs).

We Guarantee Results

    Students who complete the entire course, and use the tools and techniques they learned in the course at least one time within two (2) weeks of course completion, will improve their ability to perform project quality planning.   If they do not improve, we will refund the course fees you paid for them to take the course.
