Program Details

• We teach this course onsite.  Class size is limited to a maximum of 10 people.

• This course includes a copy of Project and Program Risk Management: A Guide to Managing Project Risks and Opportunities (PMBOK Handbooks) by R. Max Wideman

• This is a hands-on course where participants will engage in a risk simulation to understand how risk plays a part in your project planning.

• Students create a risk management plan for an actual project they are working and identify, assess, mitigate and create their risk response plan based on where they are in the project.

• We are IACET Certified and a PMI® Registered Education Provider (earn CEUs and PDUs).

We Guarantee Results

Students who complete the entire course, and use the tools and techniques they learned in the course at least one time within two (2) weeks of course completion, will improve their effectiveness in managing risk.  If they do not improve, we will refund the course fees you paid for them to take the course.
