Purpose  

Learn how to create a schedule based on the deliverables for your project. Develop a network diagram by planning the sequence and dependencies of your project deliverables.
 

Learning Objectives

  • Create a milestone schedule based on deliverables.

  • Modify project schedule according to deliverable dependencies and constraints.

  • Arrange a network diagram based on data.

Program Details

  • We teach this course onsite.  Class size is limited to a maximum of 10 people.
  • This is a hands-on course. 
  • We are IACET Certified and a PMI® Registered Education Provider (earn CEUs and PDUs).

We Guarantee Results

    Students who complete the entire course, and use the tools and techniques they learned in the course at least one time within two (2) weeks of course completion, will improve their ability to create a project schedule.  If they do not improve, we will refund the course fees you paid for them to take the course.
