We understand that you worked hard to attain your PMP® Certification and that you wish to keep your certification current and in good standing while consistently developing personally and professionally. The Cheetah Spots of the Month Club provides professional development in the form of online classes and activities scheduled and loaded into your personal student page. See how easy it is to obtain the necessary education hours you need every three years to keep your certification in good standing while consistently improving your awareness, knowledge, and skills related to Project Management topics.
Program Details
Credit – 2 Cheetah Spots/Education Hours
Tuition – $69 USD per month
Start Date – Available now and your access to current month’s course content begins as soon as your subscription is processed.
Duration – 2 hours per month – You will have 45 days to access each month’s course content and up to three attempts to pass a short 10-question online exam from the date you register. We do not grant extensions because it doesn’t drive YOU to completion.
Course Location – Online Access – Instructions provided when you register.
What You’ll Learn
As a subscriber to the Cheetah Spots of the Month Club, each month you will gain access to a new two-hour online course designed to create awareness, improve knowledge, and/or develop skills related to timely and pertinent topics in the Project Management field.
January 2016: Before beginning a project it is particularly important to pay attention to your project selection process to ensure those projects proposed and selected meet organizational needs based on current or changing market conditions, business requirements, technology changes, etc. Develop or enhance your own project selection process while customizing template to log project opportunities, create project proposals and compare and select project from various proposed projects.

What is the format for your online programs?
- Our online program format is easy to use and provides all the worksheets and examples you need to complete the program.
- Each module uses our Online Accelerated Quality in Learning Model – Learn, Do, Check, Act.
The Online Accelerated Quality in Learning Model – Learn, Do, Check, Act
- First, you learn the theory of the concepts presented in each module.
- Next, you do activities in your environment by applying what you learned to complete the program activities.
- Then you check to be sure you have grasped the concepts in each module before moving on and updating your online learning schedule.
- Finally, you reflect on what you learned by creating action plans describing how you’re going to use your new knowledge to successfully manage projects in your work and personal life.
- Both research and experience show that people learn faster and remember more if they immediately apply what they learn in their own environment. This is why we design the programs the way we do. Your instructor is your guide on the side ensuring you succeed at implementing your new skills in your environment.

How long have you been offering programs online?

What type of equipment do I need?
You will need an Internet connection and access to a computer to download the program material and complete the assessment exams at the end of each module.
What are my payment options?
- We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, personal or company checks.
- It is best to pay by credit card (using our secure server) to ensure immediate access to your program.
- If you wish to pay by check, register online and select the pay by check option. You will receive an invoice via email which you can use to help prompt payment back at your company or at home. Check payments should be mailed to the remittance address on the invoice.
Can I register and pay for my program now and start later?
You will gain access to your program as soon as payment is received. Please contact your Course Instructor once you’ve gained access to let him or her know you wish to start later.
How do I obtain my course completion certificate?
- Once you have completed all the course activities and passed the final assessment (if applicable), you will receive an email to complete an online evaluation. If you do not get this email you can find the link from your “MyCheetah” page under the Transcripts Tab.
- Upon completing the online evaluation, your course completion certificate will be available to view/print from your “MyCheetah” account under the transcripts tab.
What if I need an extension?
If you need an extension to finish this course you can purchase an additional week for 1/4 the list price of the course. Simply send an email to your online coach and s/he will put you in touch with a customer service representative who will take your credit card information to process your extension fee.

Will I need special software to complete the courses? If so, how do I get it?
- Some of our monthly courses will include a Webinar, so you will need to have WebEx Player installed on your computer to view the Webinar presentation. Click on the appropriate link below to install the free software.

How long do I get to complete the course?
- It takes approximately two (2) hours to complete each course with the online exam.
- We give you up to 45 days to access each monthly course from the date it is made available to you on your MyCheetah page and email notification is sent.
What is your guarantee, cancellation and refund policy?
We offer a 100% Learning Guarantee. If after successfully completing all the course requirements to the satisfaction of your online instructor you feel you can’t use what you have learned, we will refund your money.
We provide very detailed outlines of what is involved with our program; therefore, once someone has commenced our program, we cannot give a refund. If after 48 hours of registration you decide this class is not for you, you can request a cancellation and a full refund will be processed if you have not accessed the materials. If you have accessed the proprietary materials, and you wish to cancel within 48 hours, we will be happy to apply the funds you paid to another Cheetah Learning course.
