Michelle LaBrosse, PMP, CCPM, RYT is founder and CEO of Cheetah Learning, and the author of Cheetah Negotiations, Cheetah Project Management, and Cheetah Know How. In October 2008, The Project Management Institute (PMI), recognized Cheetah as the Professional Development Provider of the Year. Previously, PMI selected Michelle as one of the 25 Most Influential Women in Project Management in the World, and only one of two women selected from the training and education industry. She is a graduate of the Harvard Business School’s Owner President Managers (OPM) program and also holds engineering degrees from Syracuse University and the University of Dayton.
Her articles have appeared in over 1000 publications from around the world. Her monthly column, the Know How Network is carried by more than 500 publications, and her monthly newsletter subscription list includes more than 50,000 people. To date, more than 60,000 people have become “Cheetahs” using Cheetah Learning’s innovative Project Management and accelerated learning techniques.

Jean Steinmetz, PMP, CCPM, PMI-ACP.
Jean Steinmetz, PMP, CCPM, PMI-ACP is Cheetah’s Chief Knowledge Officer, PM Mentor, and a Career Adviser at Cheetah Learning. She has worked with thousands of our students, helping them first earn, then keep, their Project Management credentials. Jean holds a BS from University of Connecticut. She is a key player in the development of Cheetah’s online course curriculum and led the creation of the Project Home Improvement course to bring the PMBOK® Guide concepts alive on a hands-on project where people could actually use and enjoy what they created while learning fast and effective project management techniques. Alyssa Hallstead, PMP, CCMP.
Alyssa joined Cheetah Learning after 28 years as a Senior IT Project Manager and Certified Change Manager. Alyssa is certified to train the PMP Exam Prep course. In her career she delivers large-scale, data center migrations & relocations, system integrations and software developments. Alyssa’s background is primarily in the Financial Services industry managing regulatory and IT programs and projects. She brings experience in managing extensive project teams with offshore, contract and internal resources to complete multimillion-dollar initiatives. Alyssa holds a Masters Certificate in Applied Project Management, an Advanced Master’s Certificate in IS/IT Project Management, is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) and her PMP number is 473042. She lives in Rhode Island and in her spare time raises alpacas.
Vikram Bala, PMP, PMI-ACP, MBA, PhD.
Vikram has been in the Project Management field for over 12 years. He has been teaching for Cheetah Learning since August 2002. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and both an MBA and PhD in Management. Vikram has also taught graduate-level courses in Statistical Analysis, Decision Theory, Quantitative Techniques, Operations Research, Marketing Management, Marketing Research, and Corporate Strategy while a faculty member at various training institutions. Vikram worked as a senior executive for many software development and consulting organizations, and has managed projects in the areas of software, quality, human resources, and recruitment for over seven years. His PMP Number is 50986.
Michael Swanson, PMP.
Mike has been with Cheetah Learning since November 2004. He is one of our Master Trainers, and has over 20 years of Project Management and Training experience. Having worked as a Project Manager in a number of industries, including Manufacturing, Healthcare, Information Technology, and Service, Mike brings a balance of explicit and tacit knowledge to our PMP Exam Prep Course. Mike lives in Phoenix and enjoys spending time with his family, scuba diving, and traveling. His PMP Number is 47098.
Ray Strano, PMP.
Ray joined Cheetah Learning after a 25 year tenure at Verizon. Ray is a Master Trainer and certified to facilitate the Cheetah Exam Prep for the PMP Exam and CAPM Exam Prep courses, as well as the exam prep course for the PMI-ACP certification. Ray’s background at Verizon included deployment of WAN, LAN, and desktop products and professional services for the 2000 Republican National Convention, being the Senior Program Manager with Verizon for the City of Philadelphia, and, in addition, working with Fortune 1000 clients. Ray holds a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. Ray obtained his PMP certification (PMP#39252) in 2000, his PMI-ACP in 2013 and his CCPM in 2014. Holly Steinmetz, CAPM.
Holly received her Bachelor’s degree from Eastern Connecticut State University, majoring in Education and Mathematics. Since 2012 she has coached hundreds of PMI’s Educational Foundation scholarship students through Cheetah Learning’s PM Fundamentals Certificate program and has served on Cheetah Learning’s course upgrade and development teams. When not online assisting others pass their CAPM® exam and improving their PM skills, Holly can be found walking her puppy, Rucker, exploring the sights from the back of a Harley Davidson, or keeping herself in peak mental performance with daily trips to the gym.
