- Credit – 20 Cheetah Spots/Education Credits
- Tuition – $970 USD for max ten people. If you have more than ten people, it’s $90 per person.
- Start Date – The course is available for your team online as soon as we receive full payment.
- Duration – 20 hours – You can complete this course in less than a week (20 hours). However, we give you up to eight weeks (including your 2 week orientation) from the date you register to complete all the course activities.
- Course Location – Online
- Access – Instructions provided once payment is received and processed. Course Material – In order to complete the course activities, you will need to purchase the Cheetah Project Management book. This is available on Kindle, Nook, or in hard copy. All other material you will need to do the activities is provided online, including the online final exam. If you live outside the US, please consider that it may take two weeks for shipment of the hard copy of the book.

What is the format for your online programs?

- First, you learn the theory of the concepts presented in each module.
- Next, you do activities in your environment by applying what you learned to complete the program activities.

What type of equipment do I need?
You will need an Internet connection and access to a computer to download the program material and complete the assessment exams at the end of each module.
What software do I need to complete activities?
Our programs use common document types: Microsoft Word Document, Microsoft Excel Document, and Adobe Acrobat PDF.
What are my payment options?
- We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, personal or company checks.
- It is best to pay by credit card (using our secure server) to ensure immediate access to your program.
- If you wish to pay by check, register online and select the pay by check option. You will receive an invoice via email which you can use to help prompt payment back at your company or at home. Check payments should be mailed to the remittance address on the invoice.
Can I register and pay for my program now and start later?
You will gain access to your program as soon as payment is received. Please contact your Course Instructor once you’ve gained access to let him or her know you wish to start later.
How do I obtain my course completion certificate?
- Once you have completed all the course activities and passed the final assessment (if applicable), you will receive an email to complete an online evaluation. If you do not get this email you can find the link from your “MyCheetah” page under the Transcripts Tab.
- Upon completing the online evaluation, your course completion certificate will be available to view/print from your “MyCheetah” account under the transcripts tab.
What if I need an extension?
If you need an extension to finish this course you can purchase an additional week for 1/4 the list price of the course. Simply send an email to your online coach and s/he will put you in touch with a customer service representative who will take your credit card information to process your extension fee.

What is your guarantee, cancellation and refund policy?
We offer a 100% Learning Guarantee. If after successfully completing all the course requirements to the satisfaction of your online instructor you feel you can’t use what you have learned, we will refund your money.
We provide very detailed outlines of what is involved with our program; therefore, once someone has commenced our program, we cannot give a refund. If after 48 hours of registration you decide this class is not for you, you can request a cancellation and a full refund will be processed if you have not accessed the materials. If you have accessed the proprietary materials, and you wish to cancel within 48 hours, we will be happy to apply the funds you paid to another Cheetah Learning course.
How do I register my courses and report my PDUs with PMI®?
After completing ALL the course activities, which includes a Learning Journal and online Learning Schedule filled out in their entirety, and passing the course final exam (passing score of 70% or greater), you will have successfully completed this online course.
You will receive an email to complete a short online evaluation. NOTE: The link to complete the online evaluation is also available from your MyCheetah Page under the Transcripts tab.
Once you complete and submit the evaluation, your completion certificate will be available to view/print from your MyCheetah page under the Transcripts tab.
The course completion certificate will have all the information you need to report your PDUs to PMI®.
Please be sure to store all your worksheets included the Learning Journal in a folder on your hard drive and/or on an external device in case you are audited by us or PMI.
How can I earn free or discounted training?
Cheetah offers a program called Cheetah Points – our way of saying “Thank You” to our loyal customers.
You can enroll through your My Cheetah page. Go to the student login and enter your email address and password. In the My Cheetah page, you can start referring people for courses.
Collect Cheetah Points and save on Cheetah courses. Each Cheetah Point is equivalent to $1 USD towards Cheetah courses, and you can earn as many Cheetah Points as you can accumulate!
Collect Cheetah Points by:
- Referrals: When the person you refer takes a Cheetah course, you earn from 10 to 50 Cheetah Points and the person you referred gets a $10 to $50 discount depending on the course they choose. (Not available in conjunction with other promotions.)
- Completing Courses Evaluations: You earn from 10 to 50 Cheetah Points depending on the course after completing our course evaluations.
Using Cheetah Points is easy – they are stored in our secure server. You will have access to your Cheetah Points at any time, either to see how many you’ve accumulated or to redeem them for course discounts from your My Cheetah page. When you register for any Cheetah course, after you’ve entered your contact information, you’ll be given an opportunity to confirm your registration and your available Cheetah Points will be displayed.
