Overview
The purpose of this course is to bring to life the Project Management phases and processes described in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® book) and provide some PMP exam prep. In addition, you use the Cheetah Project Management Techniques to play ten rounds of golf in a 15-week period and document your results.
Program Details
Credit – 60 Cheetah Spots/Education Credits Tuition – $3,600 USD
Start Date – The course is available online and you can start the course as soon as we receive full payment.
Duration – 60 hours – You can complete this course in less than two weeks (60 hours). However, we recognize that you may be juggling a career and family so we give you up to 15 weeks from the date you register to complete all the course activities.
Course Location – Online and any golf course you choose to play.
Access – Instructions provided when you register.
Course Material – All materials you will need to do the activities are provided online.
What You’ll Learn
You will learn the key components of the PMBOK® Book Project Phases (initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing) as well as Cheetah Project Management Techniques through the hands-on activity of playing ten rounds of golf. Our Learning Objectives are for you to:

- Master the skills of Project Management by initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing out a project.
- Become adept at project performance reporting, including earned value management calculations and analysis.
