To apply for the site for the PMI-ACP® exam, you must have at least 2,000 hours of experience working on project teams in the past 5 years (waived for those with PMP® credential) AND 1,500 hours of experience working on agile project teams or with agile methodologies in the past 3 years. In addition, you must have 21 contact hours of education in agile practices. The Pre-Course for Cheetah’s PMI-ACP® exam prep online program satisfies this education requirement.

You can do the course faster and take the exam more quickly if you’d like. You have to take the exam within 3 calendar days of completing the final exam and course.

We do not let people start the second phase of the course until they have their exam scheduled because students are required to schedule their exam in the Pre-Course and to take the exam within 7 calendar days of completing their 3-week guided self-study. We do this so that people go through the course and become PMI-ACP® certified.

We provide very detailed outlines of what is involved with our program; therefore, once someone has commenced our program, we cannot give a refund.

We do not extend the time to complete the course work, unless the student has a death in their immediate family as verified by a valid death certificate. In that situation, we let them stop studying and restart the course when they are ready. The online course is set up so people can easily fit the 10 to 12 hours of course work per week into even the busiest of schedules. This is not a course for people who are on the fence about pursuing their PMI-ACP® credential.
