The Goal Lab
The purpose of the Goal Lab is to learn how to focus on the right goals and to make sure you pursue those goals the right way. “Right” means right for you in the way that will help you become happier overall in life.
We define “happiness” as feeling generally content and satisfied with a fulfilled and meaningful existence.
We have verified and validated these approaches for identifying and pursuing goals through teaching both Project Management and Yoga over the past two decades.
This goal setting planner course works no matter where you are in life – young, middle-aged, or in your later years.
You will learn to move beyond standard resolution improvement goals, as well as simple tolerance and acceptance, to a deep appreciation of what makes you happiest and the goals you could achieve so you can best enjoy your life.
This course is designed by Michelle LaBrosse, a world-renowned expert in accelerated learning (how to get your brain to work optimally) and Project Management. She is also a European trained chef and a Registered Yoga Teacher. All of these skills combined create an incredible body of knowledge for developing those goals to help you create a happier and more fulfilling life.

Tuition – $300
Course Location – Online
Start Date/Access – Instructions are provided once payment is received and processed. You can do the course at your own pace and have access to your online coach and the course content for three weeks. In order to receive credit for the course, you must complete all the activities including a Learning Journal, pass the exam at the end of the course by scoring at least 70%, and record the actual date and the amount of time you took to do each activity in your learning schedule.
Duration – 5 hours – You can complete this course in less than 1 day (5 hours). However, we recognize that you may be juggling a career and family so we give you up to 2 weeks from the date you register to complete all the course activities. If you need an extension to finish this course, you can purchase an additional week for 1/4 the list price of the course.
There are four parts to The Goal Lab:
1. Awareness – Happiness Assessment – You will do an assessment of what brings you the most happiness in life and how often you pursue those activities.
2. Knowledge – Goals to Create More Happiness – You will learn the importance of setting different types of goals to bring more happiness, meaning, and fulfillment into your life.
3. Skill – Goal Domains – You will build off the first two activities to create goals in various domains and evaluate how their pursuit will align with creating the fulfillment you desire in life.
4. Mastery – From Head to Heart to Hand (Goal Lab Project Plan) – You will learn how to create a workable plan for you to pursue those goals that are aligned with how you prefer to enjoy life.
Increase your fulfillment, meaning, contribution, and satisfaction (i.e. your happiness).
Know how to prioritize those goals that make the most sense for you to pursue.
Develop effective project plans to efficiently achieve your goals.
