Start Date - When you apply, you select the date you’d like to start once your application is accepted and tuition payment received.

Duration - 60 hours - The CCPM program is designed for you to integrate the skills into your day to day life by doing five to ten hours of skill based activities per week. You can finish this program in as quick as six weeks, however we recognize that you may be juggling a career and family so we give you up to twelve weeks from the date you start to complete all the activities.

Program Location - Delivered Online. Activities done offline wherever you are working on your projects.

Access - We do our best to get you into the program start date you provide on your application. We start a new group of students the first Monday of every month. This course does routinely sell out so apply as soon as you are interested to make sure you can start when you’d like to. Sometimes accepted students do shift to a later start date and we can allow you to start earlier when this happens.

Program Material -  In order to complete the program activities, you will need to have the "Cheetah Project Management" and the "Cheetah Negotiations" books. We will send these books to you. All other materials you will need to do the activities are provided online.

Upon successful completion, you become a Cheetah Certified Project Manager and are authorized to use this seal to show the world you can get things done Cheetah Fast.  (To maintain the integrity you have a CCPM Id issued at completion.)

To be eligible for the guarantee, you must complete all the CCPM program activities to the satisfaction of your instructor and pass all the exams in the 12 weeks allocated to complete. Program Details

• This twelve week online program consists of five modules - Ready Set Learn, Cheetah Focus, Cheetah Projects, Cheetah Negotiations, and Cheetah Career Boost, where you will learn how to best use your personality and innate strengths to achieve your goals at Cheetah Speed.
• You will have access to the program content and exams for twelve weeks (84 calendar days) from the date you start the program. You must complete the program within the twelve week period - we do not grant extensions for any reason.
• To successfully complete this program, you must complete the assignments to the satisfaction of your Cheetah Certified Project Manager Coach and you must pass with a score of at least 70% on the exams at the end of each module.
• Upon successfully completing the program, you will receive an email to complete a short online evaluation.
• Once you complete and submit the evaluation, your program completion certificate will be available to view/print from your MyCheetah page under the transcripts tab and you can start calling yourself a Cheetah Certified Project Manager.

Program Outline

This 60 hour interactive online program consists of five modules where you will discover and learn how to leverage your personality and innate strengths in the three most fundamental areas that set the foundation for your long term success; how you best learn, do projects and negotiate. You learn how to create an environment that brings out the best of everyone. 

Module One: Ready Set Learn - 3 hrs - Activate your abilities to learn fast and discover your innate strengths.   Unlock your amazing learning potential by discovering your innate learning strengths and create situations where you can fully develop your capabilities based on your unique strengths and interests.

Module Two: Cheetah Focus - 12 hrs - Using modern neuroscience and accelerated learning methods, learn how to get and keep a peak performing mind. Create the brain states that enable you to stay focused to pursue your important life goals and dreams at Cheetah speed.

Module Three: Cheetah Projects - 20 hrs - Learn how to get things done fast.  Learn how best use your innate strengths to first pick the right projects for you and then bring them to a successful completion at Cheetah speed. Learn how effectively leverage others strengths in a project team environment, improve your ability to communicate. Learn how to create long term sustainable success for your unique capabilities and interests. 

Module Four: Cheetah Negotiations - 20 hrs - Discover your innate strengths for negotiations and how to set up negotiations that play to your strengths while leveraging the strengths of the other people at the table. Learn how to create opportunities with others that build off your strengths and come to agreement at Cheetah speed.

Module Five: Cheetah Career Boost - 5 hrs - Find the opportunities that leverage and develop your strengths.  Learn how to get noticed and share your knowledge to help others succeed.

Instructors

	Michelle LaBrosse, CCPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, Chief Cheetah and founder of Cheetah Learning, has been designing and teaching accelerated learning programs for business since the early '90s and traditional programs since the '80s. LaBrosse holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering, and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering. She was recognized by the Project Management Institute as one of the most influential women in Project Management worldwide. Michelle is also a graduate of Harvard Business School's Owner President Managed Program (OPM 35).
	Jean Steinmetz, CCPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, is Cheetah's Chief Knowledge Officer and PM Mentor, along with a Career Advisor at Cheetah Learning.  She has worked with thousands of our PMP® students helping them first earn then keep their PMP® credential.  Jean holds a BS from University of Connecticut and is a member of the Project Management Institute.  She is a key player in the development of Cheetah's online course curriculum and led the creation of the Project Home Improvement course to bring the PMBOK® concepts alive on a hands on project where people could actually use and enjoy what they created while learning fast and effective project management techniques.  Jean's greatest joy is helping people reach their personal and professional goals.
	Patrice Shawhan, CCPM -Patrice Shawhan, CCPM, Cheetah Coach, serves on Cheetah Learning's business development team and contributes twenty years of sales, management, teaching, and team building experiences. Patrice holds a BFA from The Ohio State University and credits the Cheetah Certified Project Management course with giving her the skills to negotiate a position that landed her a job at Cheetah Learning. What is the format for your online programs?

• Our online program format is easy to use and provides all the worksheets and examples you need to complete the program.
• This program is comprised of five modules with several activities per module.

Each module uses our Online Accelerated Quality in Learning Model - Learn, Do, Check, Act.  First, you learn the theory of the concepts presented in each module. Next, you do activities in your environment by applying what you learned to complete the program activities. Then you check to be sure you have grasped the concepts in each module before moving on and updating your online learning schedule. Finally, you reflect on what you learned by creating action plans describing how you're going to use your new knowledge to successfully manage projects in your work and personal life.

• Both research and experience show that people learn faster and remember more if they immediately apply what they learn in their own environment.  This is why we design the programs the way we do.  Your instructor is your guide on the side insuring you have success with implementing your new skills in your environment.

What type of equipment do I need?

• You will need an Internet connection and access to a computer to download the program material and complete the assessment exams at the end of each module.

What software do I need to complete activities?

• Our programs use common document types:  Microsoft Word Document , Microsoft Excel Document  and Adobe Acrobat PDF 

What program material do I need to complete the activities?

In order to complete the program activities, you will need a copy of the books Cheetah Project Management by Michelle LaBrosse, PMP and Cheetah Negotiations by Michelle LaBrosse, PMP and Linda Lansky, PMP which you can purchase here (they are also available on Kindle and Nook).  All other material you will need to do the activities is provided online including the 50-question online final exam. If you live outside the US, you will have to pay extra for the cost to ship the book to you. Please allow two weeks for shipment.

How long do I get to complete the program?

• You can complete the Cheetah Certified Project Manager program in less than a week with 60 hours worth of effort.

• It can take up to two weeks for the program texts to arrive and we recognize that you have other responsibilities so we give you up to 12 weeks (84 calendar days) from the date you register to complete all the program activities.  You are taking this program in part to demonstrate to others you have the skills to get things done fast therefore, we push you to complete the program in the time allocated and for this reason we do not offer extensions.  You have ample time in twelve weeks to master the material in the program.

• You can register for this program and delay your start date up to a month. Please let us know as soon as you register if you are choosing to delay your start date and when you wish to start.

How can I register?

• From our home page (www.cheetahlearningcertified.com), select register.  You will have the option to select credit card or pay by check option. You can also register by telephone at 1-888-659-2013. If you chose the pay by check option, you will be allowed to access the program once the check clears our bank.

What are my payment options?

• We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, personal or company checks.

• It is best to pay by credit card (using our secure server) to ensure immediate access to your program.

• If you wish to pay by check, register online and select the pay by check option. You will receive an invoice via email which you can use to help prompt payment back at your company or at home. Check payments should be mailed to the remittance address on the invoice.

Can I register and pay for my program now and start later?

• You will gain access to your program as soon as payment is received. 

How and when do I get access to my program?

• Once payment has been received, an email will be sent to you with the program link, and login information.

• There is no lag time - as soon as your payment has been processed you gain immediate access to your program.

How do I obtain the Program Completion Certificate?

• Once you have completed all the program activities to the satisfaction of your Cheetah Certified Project Manager Career Coach, and you have passed all the assessment exams with a score of 70 or higher, you will receive an email to complete an online evaluation. If you do not get this email you can find the link from your "MyCheetah" page under the Transcripts Tab.

• Upon completing the online evaluation, your program completion certificate will be available to view/print from your "MyCheetah" account under the transcripts tab.

What if I am not satisfied with the program?

If after completing all the program activities and passing all program exams, for any reason you are not happy with the program, we will fully refund what you paid to take the class. You will not be able to claim credit for the program or call yourself a Cheetah Certified Project Manager.
