• First, you learn the theory of the concepts presented in each module.
• Next, you do activities in your environment by applying what you learned to complete the program activities.
• Then you check to be sure you have grasped the concepts in each module before moving on and updating your online learning schedule.
• Finally, you reflect on what you learned by creating action plans describing how you’re going to use your new knowledge to successfully manage projects in your work and personal life.

• Both research and experience show that people learn faster and remember more if they immediately apply what they learn in their own environment. This is why we design the programs the way we do. Your instructor is your guide on the side ensuring you succeed at implementing your new skills in your environment.
• This style of learning produces very consistent and high quality learning where you are actually able to put to use immediately what you are learning. The focus is on gaining mastery in the skills you need to be a successful Project Manager, every day on every project.

We have successfully used this approach for learning since 1995, modifying the programs to take advantage of the latest advancements in technology. We are experts in modern neuroscience and what it takes for you to effectively learn, and learn fast.

You will need an Internet connection and access to a computer to download the program material and complete the assessment exams at the end of each module.

Our programs use common document types: Microsoft Word Document, Microsoft Excel Document, and Adobe Acrobat PDF.

In order to complete the program activities, you will need a copy of the books Cheetah Project Management by Michelle LaBrosse, PMP and Cheetah Negotiations by Michelle LaBrosse, PMP and Linda Lansky, PMP which we will send to you when you register for the program. All other material you will need to do the activities is provided online, including the 50-question online final exam. If you live outside the US, you will have to pay extra for the cost to ship the book to you. Please allow two weeks for shipment.

• You can complete the program in less than a week with 60 hours worth of effort.
• It can take up to two weeks for the program texts to arrive and we recognize that you have other responsibilities so we give you up to 12 weeks (84 calendar days) from the date you register to complete all the program activities. You are taking this program in part to demonstrate to others you have the skills to get things done fast therefore, we push you to complete the program in the time allocated and for this reason we do not offer extensions. You have ample time in twelve weeks to master the material in the program.
• You can register for this program and delay your start date up to a month. Please let us know as soon as you register if you are choosing to delay your start date and when you wish to start.

You can register online here. You will have the option to select credit card or pay by check option. You can also register by telephone at 1-888-659-2013. If you chose the pay by check option, you will be allowed to access the program once the check clears our bank.

• We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, personal or company checks.
• It is best to pay by credit card (using our secure server) to ensure immediate access to your program.
• If you wish to pay by check, register online and select the pay by check option. You will receive an invoice via email which you can use to help prompt payment back at your company or at home. Check payments should be mailed to the remittance address on the invoice.

You will gain access to your program as soon as payment is received. Please contact your Course Instructor once you’ve gained access to let him or her know you wish to start later.

• Once payment has been received, an email will be sent to you with the program link and login information.
• There is no lag time – as soon as your payment has been processed you gain immediate access to your program.

• Once you have completed all the program activities to the satisfaction of your Cheetah Career Coach, and you have passed all the assessment exams with a score of 70% or higher, you will receive an email to complete an online evaluation. If you do not get this email you can find the link from your “MyCheetah” page under the Transcripts Tab.
• Upon completing the online evaluation, your program completion certificate will be available to view/print fr om your “MyCheetah” account under the transcripts tab.

If after completing all the program activities and passing all program exams, for any reason you are not happy with the program, we will fully refund what you paid to take the class. You will not be able to claim credit for the program. If you have additional questions, please Contact Us

Cheetah offers a program called Cheetah Points – our way of saying “Thank You” to our loyal customers.

You can enroll through your My Cheetah page. Go to the student login and enter your email address and password. In the My Cheetah page, you can start referring people for courses.

Collect Cheetah Points and save on Cheetah courses. Each Cheetah Point is equivalent to $1 USD towards Cheetah courses, and you can earn as many Cheetah Points as you can accumulate!

Collect Cheetah Points by:

• Referrals: When the person you refer takes a Cheetah course, you earn from 10 to 50 Cheetah Points and the person you referred gets a $10 to $50 discount depending on the course they choose. (Not available in conjunction with other promotions.)
• Completing Courses Evaluations: You earn from 10 to 50 Cheetah Points depending on the course after completing our course evaluations.

Using Cheetah Points is easy – they are stored in our secure server. You will have access to your Cheetah Points at any time, either to see how many you’ve accumulated or to redeem them for course discounts from your My Cheetah page. When you register for any Cheetah course, after you’ve entered your contact information, you’ll be given an opportunity to confirm your registration and your available Cheetah Points will be displayed. You can use as many as you want up to the full price of the course. Note: Cheetah Points cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
