Overview
This course teaches people how to launch, direct, and manage project teams using a very fast technique we call “Cheetah Project Management.” The methods used are aligned with the ANSI Standard Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide). In each lesson, students learn a facilitation technique relating to launching, directing, or tracking their project team’s performance. The course’s online instructor acts as their guide on the side while they practice new techniques in their own environment.

Tuition – $1,200 USD
Start Date – The Project Management Facilitation Techniques course is available online and you can start the course as soon as we receive full payment.
Duration – 20 hours – You can complete the Project Management Facilitation Techniques course in less than a week (20 hours). However, we recognize that you may be juggling a career and family so we give you eight weeks from the date you register to complete all the course activities.

What You’ll Learn
In this course, you’ll learn the basics of facilitating a project team using techniques defined in the ANSI Standard Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide). You’ll learn a very fast Project Management facilitation technique for working with project teams. You’ll start from the beginning of the project and move to completion, using unique tools to track its progress. We even encourage you to use a project of your own for course credit.
